Times range between a couple of days to 2 weeks. Most online orders will be fufilled within a week. We try to get every order out as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.

Please let us know immediately if there is a problem. As we have stated we will be more than happy to correct any defects the holster may have. We want to make sure your running with solid gear.

Yes, if you are in the local area we can always take some time to make something just for you.

Right now we don't have that as an option. We do hope that can be something to offer one day. However, we can change some color options if we have them on hand. You can always send us a message to see if we have a certain color in stock. What we have on the website is what we can immediately offer.
